The bid will be evaluated on 90/10 points system according to the PPPFA 2011.

Functionality will be evaluated separately.

Please note:
1.       A minimum of a CIDB designation Grade 5 SQ is an absolute requirement; failure to comply with this requirement will automatically disqualify a bidder.
 2        The bidder awarded the bid will be expected to form a cooperative comprising of the local community surrounding the work site in line with co-operative Act no 14 of 2005.
3.       A compulsory briefing session will be held on the 02 August 2012 at Willem Pretorius Nature Reserve
